kahjtheundedicated
So I accidentally used scented bleach on some driftwood, and I want to know how catastrophic that is. Since I realized, I boiled it, let it soak for a week, then boiled it again. I feel like it's probably fine, but was wondering if anybody has experience making this same mistake. Is there any way I can test if it's safe? I've already put it in the tank, and plants and algae are growing fine. I thought about using a couple ghost shrimp feeders as the preverbial canary in the coal mine. Thoughts? I wouldn't worry.
nabokovfan87
Just give it time submerged to let whatever need be leech out. Change the water every 1-2 days. You can also run carbon for 1-2 weeks.
