GreenCircleGirl Posted March 19, 2022 Share Posted March 19, 2022 My chocolate cichlid was intended to go into my 125 gallon Oscar tank but was ravaged….by my Tbar cichlid. I guess he needs his own tank. Currently he is in my 55 gallon with the electric blue acaras. I am getting a 75 gallon and wanted to add geophagus topajos. Fish Folk Posted March 19, 2022 Share Posted March 19, 2022 Tank busters! I’m surprised your T-bars beat up your Chocolate. Maybe your Choc is young? They can get HUGE. My inexperienced guess is that you could keep 7x Tapajos with your Choc in a 75 gal. I’d suggest getting them same size or slightly smaller. Hopefully not conspecific enough to fight much.
