CalmedByFish
I got a total of 7 octopus stems from the coop a week ago. Each plant is as much as 10" tall above the roots. (They were planted in rock wool.) I want to grow it floating, so it seems smart to prompt those long stems to grow roots in more locations, rather than just on 1 end. Is there a foolproof way to do that?

Keeg
I planted mine by the main roots first and when it took off I let it float and then cut the nodes off when the have roots. They grow roots all over the place when they just float.
CalmedByFish
@KBOzzie59 and @Keeg So I literally just don't touch it and it'll make roots? As easy as putting livebearers in water and expecting babies?
