Somebody posted a while back about one that had been ingested by, hmmm, . . . maybe it was a white cloud? It had part of the fiber hanging out of both ends and it was stuck for a few days. They finally netted the fish and cut the part that was hanging out of the mouth and the rest passed uneventfully within 24 hours, I think. I would try netting, cutting off what you can (you could try just barely tugging, but I wouldn’t pull much on it), and see what happens.
