Is there a recommended food for this & or detailed instructions other then " apply directly to the forehead " ? Lol . Chlo Posted May 27, 2021 Share Posted May 27, 2021 (edited) I got vita chem recently, and usually just add one drop per gallon (the instructions on the bottle) in my betta tanks. I think you just add a few drops into your fish food and let it soak for a couple minutes before you feed it to your fish? Maybe you can soak pellets or freeze dried in it if you feed those.
