Probably because its ben hard for a lot of fish to be shipped around the world. I was talking the other day to an LFS owner and he told me its getting better, but the shipping and freight costs have got up a lot, so some stores aren't getting much in.

I see a lot of people looking for them on various Facebook groups. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find any around my area either. Hopefully importing and shipping improves in the coming weeks/months

I hope it does as well, but from what I've heard from several sources, that all the major shipping companies (USPS, UPS, FedEx) have been shipping more items than they normally do even at Christmas time, it will be interesting to see what happens in next few months.

We can only hope these things get better all over the world.  As much as I'm afraid the few mom and pop stores might close, i can only imagine how much they are fearing the same thing.

My lfs hasn't gotten any in recently either. They're doing great business-wise though. Prices haven't gone up either.

It is becoming increasingly harder to get fish in, with flights around the world being cancelled, and fish we normally see imported aren't being brought in. Some things are improving, while others are very difficult to get. Hopefully, the world gets back to normal soon. :)
