when i say them, i mean all 3 you are using. i probably should have been more clear, when i said carbon, i meant carbon in your filter, not the anti algae carbon out of the bottle lol. if you use carbon in your filtration, then you would wait a few days, so that the carbon would not absorb all the goodies you added for your plants.

That is great advice given by @lefty o about the activated carbon in filters. For planted aquariums, I prefer not to use activated carbon as it will remove nutrients from the water plants utilize. Purigen is a great alternative for activated carbon in planted aquariums. 

Something to mention as well is that they all have different recommendations. Some may need to be dosed more often (easy carbon for example) than others so they will not always end up being dosed the same day. 

But I do not see a reason why they could not be dosed together.
