Molly losing color

I have a yellow molly that is losing its color. I have three other yellows and don’t look like this one. I do a 50% water change every week in my planted 70 gallon. PH is 7.2, ammonia 0, nitrites 0, and nitrate 40 ppm before the water change. The fish acts normal and eats well. The only stress could be from the one male molly that doesn’t leave the three females alone. Any ideas?

Hmm... can you quarantine somewhere?? Looks like there’s external damage.
