In general, German Blue Rams are happy at lower pH. 7.0 is probably a sweet spot. Can you describe your situation? It sounds like your pH was _higher_ and now it has come down? Raymond Cooper Posted April 22, 2021 Author Share Posted April 22, 2021 40 breeder, gold and german blue ram, 78 degree water, using Discus buffer twice a day to lower ph, I have aragonite In with my substrate, it's needed due to zero alkalinity in tap water...
