  1. So after about 40 hours some did hatch. I started them on Saturday around 3PM and and I turned off the air today, Monday, around 8AM. It looks like there are a lot more eggs than hatchlings. Now I just need to figure out how to net them.

  2. I was browsing my local pet store and came across a brine shrimp hatchery that was half price. I have never hatched brine shrimp before so I figured I'd give it a shot, but the low price was due to the eggs expiring in 2018. Does anyone think that they will produce anything?

it can be a great natural fertilizer for houseplants - it provides massive amounts of nutrients as it decomposes

I've tried using excess floating plants to feed red wigglers to use for bait in soil that I wanted to enrich for house plants.

I wasn't successful, but it is something I want to explore more.

I overlooked this one since it didn't seem to be what I was thinking it would look like/be titled as.

I agree it was a little tricky to find. I hate it when I know cory has referenced something, but not knowing exactly which livestream, fishroom tour, or whatever video it is in.

  5. Let's say you ordered one plant that cost $7 and it died and you received a refund for $7. You have to make a minimum purchase of $14.99, so you have spend more money on the next order to get the plant you originally wanted. Hardly seems fair. It would leave a bad taste in my mouth also if I was just given a refund.

So many different worms live in my tank.

I'm going to say they are some species of detritus worm.  I've noticed at least three different kinds of worm in my tank, but they are hardly visible with the naked eye. I wish I knew more about what exactly they are myself. I think the one in the video above has a similar blobby end and pointy end.
