Maybe this would be something for your business channel, but some behind the scenes info about using your personal property for your (I assume incorporated) business would be interesting. Does Aquarium Co-op pay you rent? How annoying is it to track personal vs business expenses, etc. How do the costs compare vs traditional storage or warehouse space?
Looks awesome!
I had the same questions but felt awkward asking if it was too personal. I was curious as well if the co-op bought the property and then you leased the home or how that process went since the studio is part of the business/brand but the home is for personal use. Also want to know how much from the old studio is being brought over to the new studio.

Giving it a try. So far I like it for Android!

Well I'd save the bloodworms for the puffers, and also on the aquarist podcast, the guy was breeding spotted puffers and he said the best food for snails to make them breed was unsalted cut canned green beans
Also since your main objective is to just grow a whole bunch of algae I'd even increase the photo period to like 14 or 16 hours, plus add fertilizer occasionally
The bloodworms are mainly because I left the package out for a few hours and don't trust them for my puffers anymore but I figure they would be safe for snails as a part of their diet. I will try the green beans since I have those for BN plecos too

I have a Sterbai Cory that I purchased shortly after getting into the hobby in Fall 2018 so he is probably 2.5 now which is exciting for me!

Here is my plan for the tank:
2.5 gallon aquarium
Crushed Coral Substrate
Simple LED Light on 12 hours light cycle for algae growth
Sponge Filter
Feeding zucchini, frozen bloodworms, and Xtreme Sinking WafersAny thoughts for better success? Will be transporting a good amount of snails from my Guppy/BN Pleco Breeding Tank to get them started.

Both the Petsmart and Pet Supplies Plus were willing to give them to me for free they usually have them waiting in a Betta Cup when I came in. It is definitely easier to ask in person because people can be confused and rude over the phone. Most of them are just happy to get rid of them!

Jumping into the Repashy game. Not sure if everyone used tupperware or if they have fun molds for their repashy concoctions!

When do you think we will see another video of the ongoing construction? I remember on previous videos that Jimmy got some drone footage and Bob got some footage in the pond.

I got it all cleaned out. Now I am going to clean the overall glass and then use some acetone to clean all the silicone residue before applying fresh breads!
Thanks for your help guys!

Planning to reseal my new 30 Breeder that I got 2nd hand. I normally get the GE Brand but Menards has just the DAP Brand. I think they are equitable but just want a 2nd opinion before I go through the process. There are no mold inhibitors and it appears to just be 100% Silicone same as the GE Brand.

Really only the snails ate it. I have a zebra, clown, and lemon blue eyed plecos and a few ottos (in different tanks) and none of them ate it. I had to vacuum most of them out. The lemon blue eye is a ravenous beast 😁 when it comes to eating...he is so much fun to watch. He took a little while to get on one of the wafers and when he did, he was off about 10 seconds later.
Huh well I have a ton of pleco fry that seem to be pretty voracious but every fish is different and maybe they are just extra hungry lol. I feed zucchini to them as well.

@Irene you were the one who made me realize I wasn't too crazy...lol and to not be afraid to expand my fish food pantry. I haven't added them to the freezer yet, but that is my next project as I get new food.
What is your biggest disappointment? Something that you hoped\thought the fish would love, but you were let down by the results. My biggest disappointment was the Xtreme Sinking Wafers. I had such high hopes for that food, but I love their Krill Flakes and I'm going to keep trying some of their different foods.
What fish did you have not go for the Sinking Wafers? My plecos seem to love it as do my corydoras? These went a bit better than my previous sera chips.

@Randy When do you think we will see the next episode?
-
@Irene do you label all of your dry foods with your purchase date?
-
I have Xtreme Krill and Spirulina Flakes and Sinking Wafers that I use the majority of the week in all of my tanks. I alternate 1 or 2 days a week with frozen bloodworms or brine shrimp
I have some older foods I intermix to use before they expire.

@CandiDo you know where can get extra rock will and baskets?
-
Thanks i knew it. Could I throw them in my pest snail tank I use for my pea puffers?
-
I left my frozen blood worms out for a couple hours in my fish room. I think I know the answer but is it safe to refreeze and continue to feed or should I toss the package? Its a shame I just bought the package on Monday.

I have had had an Dwarf Lily Bulb since last August it has moved around to a couple tanks it currently resides in my 5 Gallon Fluval Spec. It is the only plant in the tank (some duckweed though). I have put root tabs under it and dose easy green on a weekly basis. Light is on roughly 8-9 hours a day depending on work schedule. Some leaves look pitted and a little discolored. Has been in this set-up for about a month and a half. Is it transitioning due to the new tank or is there something else I should do?

Have any of your new neighbors stopped by to see all the work you are doing? I can imagine out of context someone seeing all these renovations and shipping containers would be pretty confused.

Impressive at the speed you are going with the projects. How many cargo containers are you going to be able to hold on that pad?

That's quite the progress this week. What are you doing to winterize your temporary wall?
