    Hi, so over the last month (wow, time flew) I've come up with a few, fairly ideas that are light on technical requirements that folks are free to use!

    FishTube Recommendations: Either you yourself recommend, or you collect recommendations of FishTubers that people like, and post them onto a thread

    Storytelling: Similar to the member articles from last year, however with more of a narrative style of writing

    Design Competitions: A member with a physical issue in their tank (such as too strong a filter flow, too high or low of a light, etc) can post about their issue, and challenge others to design a solution for them.

    Yep! I’ve been sticking with 5 letters mostly since the original has the same amount, and some people have particular words they start with to guess the vowel. I’d be open to making some with more or less if people want that

    Hi, it's not extremely red, but I have cardinal plant in one of my tanks right now. It's a rhizome plant i just shoved between a rock and the wall, but I imagine it would probably do fine with a bit of super glue. image.png.ddde2f94bf1b291f0ef0d54d219c2ce6.png(

    (Image source: https://aquaticarts.com/products/cardinal-plant. On the webpage it also mentions that the plant mostly shows the most vibrant colours when partially out of water, but can still show some of them when submerged which is a bit of a bummer)

    @Cory of course I don't mind! Would it be alright if I were to keep making these daily ones for the forum as well? (I've been having fun with these, and thinking about expanding it beyond just this week if I can get enough 5 letter aquarium related words) 

    Bacopia Carolina loosing lower leaves

    Hi, at least to me it looks like your bacopa's growing "leggy", where it looses it's bottom-most leaves as they're farther down than the ones towards the top, and can't photosynthesize enough, so it gets cut. (Similar to how a single store in a chain store franchise may get closed down if no one purchases from it, as it costs more for upkeep than it produces.)

    You can prevent this with some pruning to prevent the plant from shading it's own lower leaves out, as well as make sure you have enough light (which you appear to have as the pearlweed (I think?) looks really vibrant). I would replant the top of the current plant, as (at least if I remember correctly) the plant can't generate new leaves from the areas where it's already shed them, then trim the new plant as it grows to prevent the leggy-ness. Love the tank!

    Ooh! That looks great, can't wait to see how it progresses. As far as I know, it's rather hard to keep fish in a 1 gallon, however depending on your experience, and water parameters you could look into caridinia or neocaridinia shrimp (caridinia are the more fragile of the two from what I've heard.) You could also perhaps try some snails, or even a mixture of the two. Best of luck!
