Endler identification

So I bought 2 dozen feeder guppies for my new tank setup to test the conditions... I'm down to 5. But I think it's just the fish. They are very small. One was very colorful and my wife got attached. and of course it didn't make it. The whole batch seemed to be Endlers. Can anyone help identify this strain? This is the one she liked. So many colors. Thanks
Brown growth on plants?

Setting up a new tank after 15 years 🙂 Bought 3 plants from the local fish store and there's brown (algae?) stuff on them. Any thoughts on what this is and if I need to worry about it? Thanks
