Possibly ammonia burn. How many days did it take to get the pygmy corydoras? I personally would quarantine the ones that survived. -

What is your aquarium temperature? The Rummynose Tetra thrives best in the higher temperature range. Other than that shouldn't be a problem with a yoyo loach. @estew09
