@Guppysnail I have a really good relationship with the Lowe’s closet to me. The Pro desk manager is interested in my projects and really helpful. I’ll probably end up there afterwork today, and lay it out on the floor in the store today with his help. Don’t get me wrong I’m intimidated also, but watched videos and a super supportive wife, she makes me feel like I can do anything.

I will post my journey of my setting up my air pump set up. I got the air pump from aquarium co-op. I ordered the bleeder and control valve. I’ll be getting the pipe from Lowe’s. Here is the start of my journey

I’m having a friend print it out for me. This might get me to pull the trigger on buying my own printer though. She is using a Ender 3. I’ll keep you updated.

Thank you @Guppysnail, I wanted to get a good mix. It’s simple but this is the set I have for the BN parents. I know I don’t have it 2 females to 1 male. It’s 2 and 2. One older pair and a younger pair. I might separate them though so I don’t float my house with BN fry, and or over work my male and kill him.

With time passed now, how is the unistrut working? Really like the idea of that and seems like water weight doesn’t have much effect on it. I just got the piston air pump from aquarium co-op and working with different ideas. I really like your rack system, not having to worry about uneven boards, and being able to make adjustments in place.

Well to continue on my journey, my little guys were out growing their little fry tub, and get their own small tank. Decent amount I think for my first ever fry. I’m happy they are a hardy fish and easy to keep alive.

Got a few fish when I bought a new to me tank. Thanks to you guys I got to ID few of them. I lost one fish to unknown reasons, but I also did a deep dive into the electric catfish, maybe, maybe not because of the catfish. Either way move it out to its own tank for now till I can find someone that wants it. Within 30 seconds the catfish got himself stuck. Figured people could use an easy laugh.

Well I figured I might as well officially put it on the internet that I’m a fish dad. My journey on having albino BN plecos breed. Didn’t get any photos when they were in the cave. The one without a fork was the day I moved them into a Dean’s fry style container. October 5th, then the 8th and the 13th.

So got more information. The lead person teamed up with ODFW on the project. I was informed they got everything they need and don’t need my help. I’m still thinking it’s not the best set up, but I’ve only been jumped in hard since January. I’ll include a photo of the set up. They will release the fry once ODFW emails them where to release them at.

Did a water change in the tank to try and keep these little guys alive.

That at 100. The camera was refocusing the light so it didn’t do the levels justice.

Thank you for your insight. It’s a state agency, so probably get away with the illegal part 😂. I’m not trying to over step and such since it is not my project.
