  1. That makes sense, thank you. My main reason for wanting his fins to look better is just for his own health, I wanted to know if I was doing something wrong or could be doing something better.
  2. Yes, I do use catappa leaves in his tank and no, there are not sharp objects. Also, I feed him flakes but I also feed him bloodworms once a week.
  3. I am a fairly experienced betta keeper and have had my current betta for probably 5 months now. He is very healthy and active and has changed color so much I assume from being in a healthy environment. My questions is can I improve his fins any more? His fins are ok looking but they are quite ragged.when I first got him current photo
  4. Awhile ago I got 2 orange female guppies and a male black guppy. The females both died soon after they gave birth. Now all my guppies are thriving but some of the younger guppies who I assume are female have no vibrant color, they are more of a yellowish browning dull color. I know it takes awhile for guppy fry to get color but they seem like they are almost full grown. So my question is will they ever get a more vibrant color? And if they don’t, what “color” or strain are they considered.
