Are Brine Shrimp Eggs Safe?

I accidentally got a lot of unhatched brine shrimp eggs mixed in with the baby brine shrimp I fed to my fish. Should I be worried that my fish are going to get sick?

I don't think it'll make them sick, per se, but they stand a good chance of rotting at the bottom of your tank, creating an ammonia spike which probably will hurt your fish if not taken care of. If you have a strong clean-up crew, might just want to test for ammonia for the next few days. Otherwise you might want to gravel vac, but still monitor for ammonia for a little bit.
