Does the size of kok of flowerhorn depends on the grooming or it totally depends on genes or genes and feed both ? How important is grooming for flowerhorn?

Genetics play a major role, and are probably the most determinative factor. Of course, males will grow a larger kok. Age / maturity is important too.
