Nana Finopolis Posted August 25 Share Posted August 25 I dug up two small corn plants and put them in my 5 gal. tank near the window. They're growing really well and they have a really large root system. I also have another small plant that I dug up from my yard and it's doing well also. I've kept them all emersed. I plan on trying different plants from our property. I'll try some emersed as well as submersed. Tony s Posted August 25 Share Posted August 25 Corn will do well when grown hydroponically. Just make sure the water level stays below the growing points. Corn in too much water will actually drown.
