Disease or injury from another fish?

What do you guys think? I thought this guppy was pregnant but I'm not quite sure. Does this look like a disease or maybe it was nipped at from another fish?

Well I currently have this fish in a breeder box to separate it. But guppies, rainbow fish, rams and some cherry barbs. Wow I didn't think that's what it was, crazy. Thank you!

Could be having trouble giving birth doesn't look right you could try Epsom salt baths 1 table spoon for 1 gallon for no more than 15 minutes for 5 days as epsom salt acts as a muscle relaxant to help her release her fry  just use plain unsented epsom @TanTann the fish man
