Angelfish issue help

Hi, I noticed a white lump on the side of my angelfish and something with its eye. I've included a some photos.

All other tank mates are doing great, no issues. The Angelfish is still eating and swimming around.

Looks like the start of hold in the head that can be caused by Hexamita parasite nutritional deficiency poor water quality the most effective treatment is metronidazole in food feeding a small amount twice a day for 3 weeks you can use seachems metroplex or Fritz metrocleanse @Flowerhorn_K
