Bump on my Neon Gouramis

Hello I'm seeking help and recomendations on my fish, one of my gourami started to have a bump near his tail fin, and the the others two have a bump in their chest, so now one of my Angel fish started to have a bump near his fin, is this a parasite or bacteria??

What are your paremeters @Ventuxio, that's  super important for any disease. @Colu will help identify the disease better than me tho, but ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, ph are super important.

Am struggling to see the lumps in the picture when did you notice the first lumps and how long before other fish developed them any loss of appetite rapid breathing hanging out near the surface lethargy @Ventuxio

Could have a bacterial component the fact that it's spread to other fish over a two week period what I would do a course of kanaplex it's a broad spectrum antibiotic treatment if you have shrimp or snails I would treat with maracyn2 as kanaplex can be harmful to shrimp and some types of snails @Ventuxio
