Honolulu Posted April 25 Share Posted April 25 This is an older rasbora who had something like this before that was treated successfully with Maracyn. Our local stores don’t sell or are out of Maracyn and I’ve been doing the Ich-X treatment daily for 4 days, w/ water changes each day. The fungus/white patches have moved from body to fins and is more noticeable….. should I continue ich-x treatment? What are the issues in a community tank with other fish, shrimp, snails, and plants to consider? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Colu Posted April 25 Share Posted April 25 Looks like a bacterial infections what I would do is treat with a broad spectrum antibiotic treatment such as maracyn2 or API fin and body cure which ever one is more readily available both these medication are shrimp and snails safe you could quarantine and treat if your concerned@Honolulu Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
