Does anyone know if Co Op ships their Java fern with string wrapped around the root area?

Yes, this is how i received my Java Fern from them. It was a bunch of small rhizomes all tied together in one big bunch.

Yes, make sure you untie it though, because mine is rotting becuase the rhizome is covered @Sondra

Basically everyone that sells commercially does this.  Nobody seems to warn buyers about this.  My brother had several die that came from big chain stores.  I luckily saw a video about it before I bought mine.

I luckily found out in my first try 🤣. Second try, I uncovered as best as I could, still rotted. But hey, idk why they do that, but I am sure they hav esowm exclamation @johnnyxxl. Beats me

Because they can sell what looks like a bigger piece of fern.  The pieces I have were sold as one that had like 6 leaves not 3 smaller ones.
