Injured Gold Albino dojo loach

Hello! One of my loaches appears to have been injured. I've added stress coat, melafix, indian almond leaves and a water change. Is there anything else I can do to help him survive this injury? He's still swimming around and eating,  just not as much and he hides more.

It might be a nasty injury it could body rot I wouldn't recommend Melafix it's only effective as mild antiseptic treatment at best and can be a Gill irritant what I would do is a course of kanaplex it's a broad spectrum antibiotic treatment and you could add some Indian almond leaves as they have antibacterial and antifungal properties you might have to add one leaf per gallon to get a beneficial effect @Phoenixsw
