As per corys new rules, we can’t talk about AquaHuna anymore because it is no longer an approved vendor. My final word is that Aqua Huna does sell whole sale to store is WA, but they don’t ship retail because its would compete with their customers (the stores). That is why you can’t purchase directly from aquahuna in WA

I'm sure there are things about the arrangement that I don't understand.

Ahh.  Whoops, I guess I didn't see the new rules.
