Fenrir Posted March 30 Share Posted March 30 Got some emperor tetras but failed too quarantine and go figure a week later I see a couple white dots forming on the group of tetras. Because I have them in a heavily planted 250 gallon system will the ratio of 1 tablespoon per 2 gallons of water hurt my plant? Primarily a forest of several cryptocoryne species. Colu Posted March 31 Share Posted March 31 Salt at that level will kill your plants what I would do is treat with ick X and a smaller amount of aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 10 gallons as ich causes massive electrolyte loss and salt will add back in essential electrolytes Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
