Its a really skittish fish so sorry that the pics arnt great. Water parameters: Nitrate: <5 Nitrite: 0 Gh: 75 Kh: 120 Ph: 7.0 Ammonia: 0 Temp: 77F Im also currently treating my Bolivian ram in this tank with paracleanse. Colu Posted March 27 Share Posted March 27 I can see a small paler patch on the head that could be caused by an injury or a bacterial infections what I would do is add some Indian almond leaves as they have antibacterial and antifungal properties you might have to add one leaf per gallon to get a beneficial effect you could do a course of kanaplex or maracyn2 if you think it's getting worse 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
