She's behaving rather stressed and I have a feeling she won't last much longer, but I'm interested to hear what this might be and if it could be transmittable to other fish in the tank. Colu Posted February 21 Share Posted February 21 Looks like an injury with possible secondary bacterial infections if your water parameters are fine no ammonia nitrite low nitrate pH KH GH in range for guppies I would quarantine and treat with kanaplex and some aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 3 gallons add an extra air stone during treatment @Augustjd27 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
