Their staple is north fin pellets, NLS pellets and Aqueon nutrinsect pellets. I also rotate some spirulina flakes, fluval bug bites flakes (color enhancing and spirulina), sera nip o tabs, repashy, Vibra Bites, live black worms and grindal worms, and a mixture of frozen food (krill, brine, spirulina brine, mysis, daphnia) I don’t have a schedule on what I feed but they get pellets 3-4x/wk and everything else gets rotated in randomly.
