What to add to my tank ? otocinclus or Bristlenose

Hi guys,

I can’t seem to decide what to add to my tank looking for something that will do a little maintenance. I have a 70 litre display tank that has 11 medaka rice fish and 1 - 6 month old Bristlenose (sex unknown). They have some plants, moss balls and structure . 

I am torn  between a the otocinclus a group of 5 maybe - a new species for me . Or another bristlenose pleco (maybe a super red or long fin ) but I was tempted to wait until my current BN is older so I can get a mate (I have other tanks if needed to move around ) . Or maybe even a few cherry shrimp ? 

I was thinking of maybe adding a 2/3 of my male fancy guppies in the future. So not looking to over stock the tank yet . ideas and suggestions welcome

@Minifish what sort of maintenance?
