Also will they eat small fish like harlequin, neon and otocinclus? I've never kept clown loaches before, but from what I've read, they are quite peaceful with other fish of all sizes. Just take care that all the bottom dwellers will recieve enough food! Clown loaches mainly eat worms, small crustaceans, and snails, so there is little risk that they will eat the other smaller fish that you mentioned.
