Help ID Plant, is this Limnophilia or Cabomba?

Thanks! It's funny though, it turns out cabomba is banned in Washington State but Limnophilia is banned on the whole United States...

So either way it's not a great outcome

I am not a botanist and have never claimed to be but I do have to identify cabomba from time to time on watercraft.

I'm pretty confident this is limnophilia. There's a small chance it's limnophilia indica but I'm people just going to get rid of it just in case.

Luckily the GSAS plant auction was today so I was able to get some replacements.
