Help ID Plant, is this Limnophilia or Cabomba?

Cabomba is invasive and a class A noxious weed here in WA.

I want to make sure it's not cabomba.

Can anyone help ID this for me?

Thanks! It's funny though, it turns out cabomba is banned in Washington State but Limnophilia is banned on the whole United States...

So either way it's not a great outcome

From what I understand cabomba branches in a fan shape whereas limnophila have smaller whorls of irregular branching leaves

 

I am not a botanist and have never claimed to be but I do have to identify cabomba from time to time on watercraft.

I'm pretty confident this is limnophilia. There's a small chance it's limnophilia indica but I'm people just going to get rid of it just in case.

Luckily the GSAS plant auction was today so I was able to get some replacements.
