campingdude84
Today, I went to feed my community tank, and the water was quite cloudy. I’ve had the tank for over four years, and never had that happen before. I was in a rush because I had to go to work, so I didn’t even have a chance to check the water’s nitrite and nitrate levels. I quickly drained about 40-50% of the water, and changed it out with fresh water treated with Prime. What would cause the water to become cloudy between yesterday at roughly 2pm when I last fed the fish and the tank was clear and today at about 1:30pm when the water was cloudy?
nabokovfan87
This is a good video! I learned a little bit when watching it. Essentially, no real concern, just do your water changes when you need to. It could've literally just been from turning the filtration off / on or from something in the pipes in the water before it gets to you. Right now is when a lot of companies are cleaning the pipes for winter.
