Sick neons

Just purchased a bunch of neons, they are currently in a quarantine tank. I noticed a couple of them look bad / have white patches on them...pictures below for reference. What meds should I start with? Antibiotics or ich-x

With  the white patches what I would do is a course of maracyn just in case there's a bacterial component add a small amount of aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 5 gallons the salt will add essential electrolytes and aid Gill function add an extra air stone during treatment @Elyse

Update, a couple neons died the next day but they all look good today so I fed them a little food. They went nuts for the extreme nano pellets! They are on day three of their first round of antibiotics. Fingers crossed!
