Any information on an old air pump?

I bought another 5 gallon metaframe aquarium (Yay!!!) and it came with a bunch of cool accessories including an air pump that is labeled as "MIRACLE"  and says " MADE IN JAPAN 110V - A C" on  the bottom. 

I have metaframe air pumps and a few others that I have information about. I can't find anything about this one. I even tried google lens. 

Does anyone know anything about this particular brand?

Is there a sticker on the bottom?

That black rubber vibration isolation layer may also be removable, but I can't tell without seeing the other side.

Miracle was a brand that was around in the seventies/eighties if I recall correctly. I think I had a few of their things. Lots of aquarium companies have come and gone through the years.

No sticker. The rubber layer does come off!

Best I could do....

I did see some "miracle" stuff, but it was a different name, probably who purchased them out or something.  This is a very similar design from likely the same time frame.
