I don’t know what this is

I have these worms I don’t know what they are they dont really look like planaria to me I figured they all seem to be here so maybe my trumpet snail had babies but they don’t look like they have shells. Are they harmful and should I remove them.

There's a couple different forms of planaria... I think that could be one of them.

You could also look into types of rhabdocoela species, but I don't think that's what it is.
