Possible disease on angelfish

Hi guys, I have an angelfish that is 2 weeks old in the tank and he has like an open source that is kind of white on his right belly. Can anyone tell me what is possibly is? Wounds from fighting or a parasite? Should I be concern? Thanks

Edit: water parameters are fine with nitrate hovering around 30-40ppm in a planted tanks. He is eating well and is active.

Looks like an injury you could quarantine and add some aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 3 gallons for 1 week or just. Monitor if you don't have a quarantine tank if the wound starts to get worse then I would do a course of kanaplex @Hiếu Lê
