He is eating as normal but has been resting on bottom of tank a bit more than usual. In a 10 gallon planted tank with some pygmy corydoras. Greatly appreciate any help! Colu Posted December 18, 2022 Share Posted December 18, 2022 Usually when it's only one eye that's swollen it's caused by an injury what I would do is Epsom salt baths 1 table for 1 gallon for no more than 15 minutes for a 5 days that will help reduce the swelling and do a course of maracyn2 in food the active ingredient minocycline has anti-inflammatory properties 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
