smm333
I had no idea that a mystery snail would climb out of the tank! When I got home from work I couldn't find my snail. I looked everywhere and found her on the table behind the tank. Her shell was completely dry. I dropped her into my little tank with baby snails. I figured she was a goner. About 30 minutes later I look over at that tank and she is climbing the wall! OMG, I was ecstatic! I love her so much. Now to figure out how to "snail proof" the openings on the tank top.... lefty o
snails, shrimp, and some fish, all openings must be smaller than the convicts trying to escape.😜

AnimalNerd98
She was probably saved by her operculum until you rescued her. She clamped it shut to slow down her rate of dehydration, lucky snail!
