Does this look more like ick, or epistylis?

 

• pH: 7.6
• Nitrates: ranges from 5 up to about 20 between water changes
• Hardness: 75
• Nitrite: 0
• Ammonia: 0
• KH/Buffer: 40
• Water Temperature: 77

I'm not an expert but looks like Ich to me.

If you see spots on the fishes eyes then you may have to rethink.

If your not sure if it's ich or Epistylis you can do a combined treatment of kanaplex in food and ick x to treat the tank that will cover all bases it's difficult to tell ether way off your photo are the spots raised or flat against the body
