fishinacage
I have a new anubias hastifolia that came with two leaves. Both leaves are damaged, but one is worse off for sure. Should I remove either or both of these leaves? Or just leave it alone and let it sort itself out? Here's the whole plant: Here's the a closeup of the damaged leaves. Flumpweesel
I'd leave them on for now they will die but not straight away remove them when you get your first new leaf, any snails or subunit shrimp in the tank will keep it tidy for you 2
anitstuk
I had a similar problem with my needle leaf java fern and I just kept it in the tank until it sorted itself out. Once it sprouts new leafs, cut the dead leaves off 2
asondhi
I agree with other posters. Leave the leaves in for now and once new leaves grow in, you can cut the old ones if they haven't already melted. Anubias can be very slow growing and slow to react to changes so don't accidentally over compensate!
