J Noodle
Hello All, I'm brand new to the hobby, and have my first tank. It's a 44 gallon pentagon. I've seen all sorts of videos and information from all over the place for many different aquariums, but can't find much about the 44 gallon pentagon. I would love to see a "Top 5 fish for a 44 pentagon" video somewhere! I'm learning that because the tank is taller than it is wide, I may be limited in what type of fish may work well. Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge or experience with these tanks. What have you done with this size? What worked well.......what didn't? Administrators Cory Posted October 20, 2020 Administrators Share Posted October 20, 2020 Most things that work well for a 29 gallons and smaller will work well in this size. In my 55 gallon hex, I always bred livebearers.
J Noodle
Thank you so much for responding! I was just trying to get advice from anyone that had experience with these. I really appreciate it. Also, thank you for everything that you put into this hobby. I have been spending months and months doing a lot of research, so that when I do start my tank, it's successful. I have learned so much from yourself, and many of the others from the Coop team.
