If it's really a shade of green (hard to tell for sure I. the image as it's backlit) it's more likely a green hair algae? My bacopa looks a lot like this in a jar I kept by the window for too long. MJ Aquascaping on YT has a good video on all the basic algae types, why they occur and how to treat them - well worth a look for more info.
