Shrimp nano banquet food block any good?

Greetings!

I was wondering if it’s a good idea to use Zoo Med shrimp nano banquet food block in my shrimp only aquarium if I have to leave for a week? There’s about 10-12 shrimps in my 5 gallons (planted, heated, filtered). I also put a block of calcium as well.

That's the specific use case for sure. Depending how big the shrimp are. It has the calcium and food they need and will last a little bit. There is also a bigger block that would last longer time in the tank for vacation purposes.
