Medication - Forgot to remove carbon in filter

Hey folks,

 

Looking for some advice. We treated the tank with levamisole this morning for parasites but forgot to remove the carbon in the filter for about 20 minutes. Do we need to water change and retreat? Or is this a short enough period that we just need to top up or leave it alone?

 I would hazard a guess that unless the carbon was new it would not have a huge impact. The effectiveness of carbon is depleted relatively quick. However I would not specifically claim to “know”.
