Queen Willow
I want to add 3 types of fish to two tanks at home. Do I need to quarantine them them all separately? They will get the quarantine trio of meds. Separate by tank? Separate by fish? Thanks in advance! Edited February 26, 2022 by Queen Willow
YeePuffer
What types of fish? Unless you have an aggressive species or those that require a temp difference you should be ok. I’ve always quarantined mine in the same tank because they’re all usually on the same filtration system at the pet store, plus I can use less medication. Queen Willow
All peaceful & small. Thanks!
Odd Duck
I often quarantine fish together if they’re compatible and it won’t crowd the tank too much.
