Tetra attacked?

I have a 55 gallon with 5 geophagus tapajos, ~20 silver tip tetras, 2 otos and 2 small Bristlenose nose plecos. (I am planning to re-home a couple Geo's once I can sex them)

Today I saw this guy.. has a mark on his side, and looks like the front of his face is missing.PXL_20201013_024611357.jpg.2164a4f06beb469bdf23043ce9e3f884.jpg

I see the tetras chasing each other often, but I've never seen the geophagus even acknowledge the tetras.  Could this be from another tetra, or more likely from a geo?

My money is on the Geos. They aren't relentlessly aggressive, but can get pretty feisty. They usually keep their aggression between their own species but they can get a little brave and go after something else, especially if they are at the bottom of the hierarchy. If my Dwarf Neon Rainbows weren't so large and way too fast for them, there's no doubt in my mind they would be trying to snack on them regularly.
