DAWGMAN Posted February 21, 2022 Share Posted February 21, 2022 Set the tank up four days ago. Used Florite Black substrate, I washed be placing in tank. Water still seems cloudy and has a whitish sediment on top of gravel, done partial water changes. Have two Hang on filters. Does it normally take awhile to clear up? scott the fishman Posted February 21, 2022 Share Posted February 21, 2022 yes i agree with COLU i have 60 pounds of Florite Black substrate, in my 75g. i have two hang on filters Aswell and mine cleard up in 24 hours. i rinsed each bag 4 times before i put it in the tank.
