junebug14
Hi every one I was just looking for aome information. I purchased some guppies about 3 weeks ago which 3 females were pregnant. I gave birth a week ago and the other to gave birth yesterday and today. I was wondering how old do the fry need to be before i can dose some paracleanse before moving to the display tank. Thank you
Guppysnail
I personally would not medicate them. If you have already used paracleanse on the adults there would be no reason to medicate the fry. I do not medicate fish unless there is a problem and they show symptoms because medications are hard on fish. Hope that helps.

Is anyone showing any signs of parasites? I prophylactically treat breeders before breeding, and before putting them in their permanent tanks. That way the permanent/breeding tank is not contaminated and the fry are guaranteed best start at life.

Torrey
Are they displaying any symptoms of parasites? Were they tank bred or wild caught?
